ISO Face processes payments on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring all transactions comply with applicable laws and card network rules.

3. Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees

Fees are charged per the pricing plan you select and are subject to change with thirty days' notice.

5. Prohibited uses

You may not use ISO Face for illegal activity, high-risk businesses outside our accepted categories, or in violation of card network rules.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or present undue risk.

7. Limitation of liability

ISO Face is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ISO Face after changes constitutes acceptance.
